This module turns training-needs analysis into individual learning paths: every need carries a reason code, is cross-checked against job-description competencies and performance data, and is prioritized against the actual budget. After delivery, KPI movement shows whether it worked.

What it does

How a run works

Every module runs the same contract: the system drafts, a named human approves, and the approved artifact keeps its history.

1. 1Draft

   The module drafts prioritized learning paths, each recommendation carrying its reason code and the evidence it was validated against.

2. 2Human gate

   HR and the line manager approve the plan within budget; AI-drafted paths are labeled and cannot be enrolled without sign-off.

3. 3Approved artifact

   The approved training plan is issued and tracked to completion; the ROI report routes back to performance and the next maturity cycle.
