Overview

Performance reviews fail in two ways: vague criteria going in, unexplained ratings coming out. This module cascades Balanced Scorecard objectives into individual KPI cards with weights validated to 100%, drafts evidence-based reviews, and puts calibration analytics behind every rating. Managers stay the decision-makers, with their overrides recorded.

What it does

• Balanced-Scorecard KPI cards

  Strategy objectives cascade into individual KPI cards across the four scorecard pillars, weighted 80/20 between KPI and behavioral measures.

• Weight validation

  Objective weights must total exactly 100% before a plan can be issued. The arithmetic is enforced, not suggested.

• Drafted reviews, honest ETAs

  Review drafts are assembled from cycle evidence in 9–15 minutes, and the interface says so before the run.

• Calibration analytics

  Rating distributions and outlier flags across teams, so calibration sessions argue from data.

How a run works

Every module runs the same contract: the system drafts, a named human approves, and the approved artifact keeps its history.

1. 1Draft

   The module assembles a draft review from KPI attainment and behavioral evidence gathered across the cycle, 9–15 minutes, with the ETA shown up front.

2. 2Human gate

   The manager edits and approves; moving a rating away from the draft is allowed, and every such change is recorded as an audited override.

3. 3Approved artifact

   The final review carries its full version history; outcomes route to succession, development, or improvement plans, and approved bonuses to payroll.
