Terms of Service

Terms governing your access to the GattAI website, enterprise waitlist, early access pilot programs, and our AI HR platform.

Last updated 20 September 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing or using the GattAI website, submitting an application to our enterprise waitlist, or participating in a pre-release evaluation program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you access or use the platform on behalf of an enterprise, company, government body, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full corporate authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. The Enterprise Waitlist & Early Access Program

No Automatic Entitlement: Registering for our enterprise waitlist creates no binding obligation on GattAI to provide platform access, specific pricing, particular feature availability, or guaranteed deployment dates. Admission to early access, closed beta cohorts, and sandbox environments is managed at our sole discretion based on organizational fit, technical readiness, and regional compliance factors.

Right of Withdrawal: You may withdraw your organization from the waitlist at any time by requesting deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Customer Data Ownership & AI Training Prohibition

We adhere to unambiguous data ownership principles designed for enterprise trust:

  • 100% Customer Ownership: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all data, documents, employee records, candidate files, compensation structures, and organizational competencies that you or your authorized users upload to or process through GattAI (“Customer Data”).
  • Ownership of Generated Artifacts: All final, approved HR artifacts generated by or through the platform—including job descriptions, interview scorecards, performance reviews, and payroll filings—belong exclusively to your organization.
  • Zero Model Training on Customer IP: GattAI strictly covenants that neither your Customer Data, nor confidential prompts, nor generated outputs will ever be used to train, retrain, improve, or fine-tune publicly accessible or multi-tenant foundation machine learning models.

4. GattAI Intellectual Property

GattAI and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all software code, algorithmic orchestration pipelines, user interface designs, trademarks, brand logos, documentation, and technical know-how.

No license, express or implied, is granted to copy, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code or proprietary model prompts of the GattAI platform.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use the GattAI website and platform strictly for lawful human resources, talent management, and organizational administration purposes. You agree not to:

  • Deploy the platform to execute unlawful discrimination or violate employment, labor, or equal-opportunity laws across any jurisdiction (including KSA Labor Law, UAE Labor Law, Egyptian Labor Law, US Title VII, or the EU AI Act).
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the platform’s mandatory human approval gates, self-approval prohibitions, or security controls.
  • Subject the platform to automated prompt injection attacks, adversarial jailbreaking, or vulnerability exploits.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website or platform using automated bots or extractors without prior written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with an enterprise entity.

6. Disclaimer of Legal, Tax & Employment Advisory Services

Workflow Automation & Drafting Tools Only: The GattAI platform provides computational workflow automation, mathematical calculation engines (such as GOSI, WPS, EOSB, and income tax algorithms), and generative AI drafting capabilities. GattAI is not a law firm, certified tax advisory practice, or accredited labor consultancy.

The platform does not provide legal, tax, or binding employment advice. Your organization remains the sole legal employer and decision-maker. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated artifacts, confirming mathematical figures against your local legal counsel and statutory requirements, and securing appropriate human sign-off prior to executing any binding employment or financial action.

7. Pre-Release Engineering Estimates & Illustrative Content

All operational figures published on this website—including estimated execution latencies (e.g., 2–4 minutes for job description generation, 9–15 minutes for performance review synthesis), per-step token expenditures, and sample dashboard graphics—are engineering benchmarks measured within pre-release testing environments.

All dashboard mockups, applicant profiles, and company metrics displayed across marketing materials are entirely synthetic illustrative assets created for demonstration. No authentic employee or candidate data was used in the production of this website.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Website & Pre-Release Services “As-Is”: The website, waitlist, and any pre-release sandbox environments are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Production Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are established exclusively within signed enterprise Master Services Agreements.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GattAI, its directors, employees, or infrastructure partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or procurement of substitute services arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the website or pre-release platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) or Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Arbitration Regulations of the chosen financial centre, with proceedings conducted in the English language before a single independent arbitrator.

10. Modifications & Contact Information

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect enhancements in our architecture, new product engines, or evolving legal frameworks. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the effective date of the latest revisions.
