Organizational Maturity Assessment

Overview

Before an organization changes how it runs HR, it needs an honest reading of where it stands. This module scores five dimensions (HR process, AI readiness, leadership, digital and technology readiness, and compliance and governance) on a 1–5 scale from Ad-hoc to Optimized, benchmarked against your industry sector. Every score stays traceable to the responses behind it.

What it does

  Each dimension scored from Ad-hoc to Optimized, with the evidence for every score captured and inspectable.

• Sector benchmarks

  Scores compared against your industry sector on the same 1–5 scale, so a result reads against your peers, not in isolation.

• Trend classification

  Reassessments classify each dimension as improved, stagnant, or regressed against the previous cycle: movement, not snapshots.

How a run works

Every module runs the same contract: the system drafts, a named human approves, and the approved artifact keeps its history.

1. 1Draft

   The module scores each dimension from questionnaire responses and captured evidence, then drafts a development roadmap against the gaps.

2. 2Human gate

   HR leadership reviews the scores and the evidence behind each one before anything is issued; contested scores are edited, and the edit is recorded.

3. 3Approved artifact

   The approved maturity report and roadmap are version-stamped and routed to strategy planning and training-needs analysis.
