Overview

Job descriptions drift: every hiring manager writes their own, and bias creeps in through the wording. This module drafts calibrated job descriptions from one role ontology, checks the language for biased phrasing before a human ever reviews it, and maintains an approved, versioned library. A draft takes 2–4 minutes, and the ETA is shown before you run it.

What it does

• One role ontology

  Titles validated against the approved role database, so the same title means the same role in every posting.

• Structured drafting

  Job purpose, key responsibilities, and competency requirements drafted in a consistent structure, with technical interview questions to match.

• Bias-checked language

  Drafts are screened for biased or exclusionary phrasing before review, with flagged wording shown alongside suggested alternatives.

• Versioned library

  Approved descriptions live in a version-stamped library: v1.0 to v2.0 with added, removed, and amended changes tracked.

How a run works

Every module runs the same contract: the system drafts, a named human approves, and the approved artifact keeps its history.

1. 1Draft

   The module drafts the description from the role ontology and runs the bias check (typically 2–4 minutes, with the ETA and cost shown up front).

2. 2Human gate

   The draft routes through a two-stage sign-off chain; reviewers edit in place, and every change is tracked to its author.

3. 3Approved artifact

   The approved description is version-stamped into the library, and recruiting and performance workflows are notified of the new baseline.
